How to access win4 on your device
We offer three ways to use win4: a native Android APK, a mobile-optimized web app for iOS and Android browsers, and a desktop web version. Each path has trade-offs. The Android APK is fastest and supports offline features; the web app works on any device without installation; the desktop version offers the largest screen for live-dealer tables. Choose based on your device and preference.

App vs. browser: which is right for you
The native Android APK is fastest because it runs natively on your device and can cache game rules and match schedules offline. However, the APK requires installation and takes up device storage. The web app works on any device—Android, iOS, desktop—without installation. Device compatibility and requirements
Our win4 app supports Android 7.0 and above, iOS 12.0 and above, and all modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). For Android, we recommend at least 100 MB of free storage for the APK. For iOS, the web app works in Safari without installation. On desktop, any browser released in the last two years will run the web app smoothly. If your device is older than Android 7 or iOS 12, you can still use the web version by opening our site in your browser. We test on common devices used in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung to ensure compatibility.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you see an "unknown sources" warning on Android, go to Settings → Security and enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install Unknown Apps." This allows you to install the APK from outside the Google Play Store. If you encounter a certificate warning, this is normal—our servers use industry-standard SSL encryption. Tap "Continue" or "Accept" to proceed. If the app crashes on launch, clear your browser cache (web app) or uninstall and reinstall the APK. If you cannot log in, verify your username and password, then use the password-reset link on the login screen. Our support team can help if issues persist.
Data, permissions, and account security on win4
The win4 app requests permission to access your device's internet connection and, on Android, to send notifications. We do not access your contacts, photos, or files. All data—your username, password, payment details, and betting history—is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest on our servers. Your password is hashed and never stored in plaintext. We do not share your data with third parties except payment processors (who receive only the minimum needed to process your transaction) and legal authorities (if required by law).
